There is a huge need for fitness instructors in the community. Everyone has fitness goals, but everyone does not have that stabilizing foundation to make it happen. WE WILL BE THAT BUILDING BLOCK!
What type of workouts will we be doing?
Most workouts will be calisthenics in nature, meaning little to no equipment needed and the driving force is mostly your body weight. These workouts includes but are not limited to push up, crunches, situps, burpee, yoga, arobics, jog/run, cross fit, etc.
Why? Give a little background info
The owner of Stewart & Associates R.I.G., LLC, including all trademarks and DBAs such as S&A Smoothie and Fit Club is a United States Army Veteran, E5 Sergeant. Fitness is not just an activity, it is a life style.
